Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy Services

Disclaimer: I cannot and will not personally provide psychedelic medicines to any individuals. Doing so would carry legal, ethical, and licensure risks. For those doing ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), I work with a prescriber who meets with clients to provide medication and medical evaluation.

I offer services for people investigating their own usage of psychedelic medicines as well as well as doing individual therapy sessions with those taking ketamine. For those working with MDMA, psilocybin, ayahuasca, or other substances, I am happy to support your inner development, healing, and exploration to help keep you safe, grounded, and able to direct your own healing. For those working with ketamine, I am able to offer therapeutic sessions in concert with it for clients taking it under the direction of a prescriber.

The following services are available in 55 minute blocks as an adjunct to therapeutic work I do with clients:

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

I am willing to work with legal medical prescribers but cannot provide ketamine directly to clients as I am not a prescriber.

I partner with Kathleen Manseau, ARNP-C, MN, BSN, in order to work with clients directly for ketamine therapy. This involves sessions of therapy where you will take a prescribed oral ketamine dose at the beginning of a longer therapy session. This follows multiple sessions of psychedelic preparation work and is followed with further sessions of psychedelic integration after the ketamine experience.  This can be repeated as necessary with further preparation work and sessions.

"Ketamine can be prescribed for off-label use as an adjunct to therapy and is currently used to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, end-of-life distress, chronic pain, substance use problems, and more. Kathleen Manseau does a medical evaluation with clients to determine whether it is physically safe and appropriate to take prescribed ketamine. If clinically indicated, she will prescribe ketamine and it will be sent directly by mail to you from a pharmacy. Clients then bring the medicine to the therapy session and self-administer it as directed by the prescriber. This allows for KAP sessions legally and safely in a supportive setting at my practice. Additionally, I perform my own intake screenings to evaluate clients for the psychological appropriateness of this work.
